RUN X LIFT Arms & Abs (50 mins)

I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed this class!! Compared to some similar competitors, I really enjoyed flipping back and forth between the two stations instead of longer blocks at each. It allowed me to keep working hard until the end! Would go again

I really liked Megan’s class. The structure was well laid out and her instructions are very clear. She encourages the class to listen to your body. Beginner friendly and would take another one of her classes. :)

Mat Pilates [All Levels] Non- Heated

I usually find mat pilates boring but Tyler’s class was so fun! The pace, exercises, and modifications Tyler offered were perfect. I felt refreshed after a long week of work. I hope he continues teaching this class!

    TEAM TEACH: Natalie & Madi

Natalie never misses on her classes — you can easily tell she’s a life-long athlete and understands training. She pushes you out of your comfort zone but also meets you at your capacity if you’re a beginner. If you’re considering Rumble, she’s a good introduction to what they have to offer. Also, did I mention her playlist is also soo good?

    The Restore

Lovely class of you want to release tension and relax. I enjoyed the aromatherapy and the focus on breathing and checking in with our bodies and emotions. The class was very spacious and the instructor was great at providing accommodations or help to everyone. Many people commented on the extra noise going on in the background but I didn’t mind. Great beginner class.

    (Studio) Hot: Slow Flow

Anne is amazing - loved this class, again. I entered feeling bogged down, heavy and sluggish - left feeling light and thoughtful and centred. Her presence is very grounding. Exactly what I was hoping for. Just the right amount of challenge to push yourself but with enough slowness to catch your breath.

    The Burn

She provided some modifications for my injury which made the class more pain free. I like the noon classes because they aren’t as busy at the ones after 5. Key also comes around and corrects you which k find many other teachers don’t when it’s busy. Overall love jaybird

    Rebound (jumping with boots)

This was an incredible workout! It was challenging but lots of fun! It was my first time and the class was filled with regulars who were so welcoming and supportive and helped me get comfortable with the boots. I will definitely come back!
