see all reviewsWas the only person in class so essentially ended up with personal training, which was great. Workout itself was six exercises in rotation for 35 minutes. It was a great total body workout. 5/5 for the workout and Laura, the trainer. 3/5 on the space. It’s not a new, modern space and is definitely a bit more gritty- kinda cross fit-y. No showers and only one bathroom. At the end of the day I care more about the workout and quality of equipment than the space itself. Overall, 4/5
