    Amazing, very sweaty workout! 2 trainers, alternating between punch combos and strength/conditioning drills. I loved that with 2 trainers, they can keep a better eye on form and technique. Definitely taking this class again!

    This is hands down the nicest Crunch location Ive ever been to in the city, and Ive been to a lot of them. The workout with Mike was great, think Fhitting room but smaller. There were only 4 of us in class, so he was able to correct form constantly which was appreciated. Box jumps, battle rope with lunges, medicine ball throws, kettlebells. Its been 3 days since the workout and Im still sore AF.

    Good work out and coaching. Just suggest some of the lesser experienced attendees are give tips to not drop kettlebells as they were bouncing around a bit. The gym is downstairs and a bit dark and wr but had everything needed.

    I loved this instructor. She had a very authentic, warm and down-to-earth vibe. It’s clear she’s very knowledgeable and well-trained in yoga as a genuine practice. Great balance of athletic core-strengthening asanas and grounding, restorative meditative aspects, as well. I’ll be back and I hope she teaches more classes here!
