    TURF STRENGTH

    Wow, this was an absolutely fantastic class. One of the best I’ve taken through ClassPass. Percell has a background training pro athletes, and you can tell. He understands the science of the body and how to make the most out of the workout. At the same time, the structure of the class is good for all levels and he’s great about balancing everyone’s needs. I left feeling like I got the most out of my time and left sore for days after. Also he’s not hard on the eyes so that adds to the motivation!

    If I could choose one class I’ve taken since signing up for ClassPass this would be it. It’s difficult but attainable, fun and challenging, and Imelda takes really good care of the people in class to make sure they’re getting their form right so as not to hurt themselves and reaching a space of development without phoning it in or pushing themselves too hard.

    This is hands down the nicest Crunch location Ive ever been to in the city, and Ive been to a lot of them. The workout with Mike was great, think Fhitting room but smaller. There were only 4 of us in class, so he was able to correct form constantly which was appreciated. Box jumps, battle rope with lunges, medicine ball throws, kettlebells. Its been 3 days since the workout and Im still sore AF.

    Good work out and coaching. Just suggest some of the lesser experienced attendees are give tips to not drop kettlebells as they were bouncing around a bit. The gym is downstairs and a bit dark and wr but had everything needed.
