    Great workout to strengthen you for yoga. I do yoga 3-4 times a week and I was nervous about trying this class again. The moves were much easier now that I have a regular yoga practice. Not much sweat but my muscles were completely fatigued by the end of class.

    Great group setting with options for you to scale your workout. Marissa was super warm, welcoming, but designed a kick-butt workout. The gym members I worked out with had been coming consistently for three and two years, so what does that tell you. I will workout here again.
