see all reviewsWow what a beautiful yoga studio! Make sure to take your own mat, I forgot mine. However you can rent for £1. I gave 5 stars because it was an amazing experience overall. Lucy was great, but I did have to ask her to turn the music down because I couldn’t hear her. She turned it down a little but I still struggled. So it was a bit annoying having to constantly look up to check what pose we were on. Personally I prefer yoga classes with very light background music. I thought the drum part at the end was beautiful, Lucy came around and banged a drum which made a lovely sound. But it was slightly ruined by the other music still on. One or the other would have been good. She also didn’t face the class, which I found to be a little impersonal. Other than this, it was a fab workout, I felt energised and refreshed afterwards, so thank you very much!
