see all reviewsMy new favorite place! This was my second time at The Yoga Post and I loved it each time. I steered away from going to yoga in the past strictly based on the clientele. I never feel yogi enough and each studio has their own vibe that is hard to find a fit, but The Yoga Post truly feels like something different. The studio is welcoming; picture going your sweetest friend’s house. I went to Cyd’s power class today and we had a minute dance party in our routine, which I loooooved! A great workout, but above all - a very special and one of a kind experience to give yourself some love and care.
