see all reviewsI was kinda intimidated to go to this as beginner, but everyone was so friendly!! Really all kinds of levels in the class. If you don’t have your own gloves or shin guards, they have some you can borrow. It was a great cardio workout, and I could also feel my arms burning! Fun class to try out!
