While the regulars were going through katas in pairs (I don't know hat the mini sparring is called), he got the newbies together to teach proper form and punching. He was very detailed when it came to proper punching technique and defense. A good place for building basics first.

He really breaks down the steps to execute each technique, making sure students have proper form and a good foundation to start learning Muay Thai. The trainings are also tuned to our fitness level.
