Was also quite fun during the 1-1 practice with Coach Adnan as well. Also, despite it being only an hour lesson, it didn't feel that short as the class is split into various minutes for different exercise. Recommend!

see all reviewsTerrence is a v encouraging instructor!! The class was fun and upbeat; casual but definitely still hard work. Glad to have learnt more technicalities behind kickboxing and improve my skills :) I definitely sweated BUCKETS. Bring your bottle, no need sport shoes.

see all reviewsI'm so glad I pulled myself off the couch when the weather was so good. Super work out! Enjoyed the pace. And the 45min was just right for me. Do note that you have to keep your mask on till you get breathless. You may remove your mask when you're warmed up.

Shoba was very patient with me as a complete beginner and I'm very thankful. it's a bit daunting to go alone as it felt like everyone knew everyone there, would be good to go with a partner or friends.
