    GPT 4.1 | Group Personal Training

    Not a very intense class where you sweat a lot. Instructor focuses a lot on form, and ensuring that we do not injure ourselves and use the wrong muscles. Very attentive and made sure to correct us and adjust accordingly. Not sure how to describe the class, like doing press ups, TRX planks (?), triceps dips but all controlled movements. Interesting class and will return!
