    Love Barry’s! Great music, facilities and classes. The class is set out with 30 treadmills, where the first 15mins you do sprints/running - to great music! Then 15mins on the floor with dumbbells, then 15mins back on the treadmill then floor work again. I like the diversity with the class, they also did an introduction for me on the first visit where I went into the room before anyone else and Lou showed me how it all works. On your visit just listen out for whether you are starting out with treadmill/floor :)

    Lily was a great instructor - really enjoyed how she structured her 60min class. For those who haven’t been back to Frame since pre pandemic - as a FYI towels are now £1 (eco-purposes) - there is still great shampoo/conditioner/body wash, but there are no other amenities while you get changed. (From memory used to have deo / hair ties / tampons). Didn’t impact overall experience just useful to know what to being!

    Really fun and challenging class, Ben is excellent at explaining, correcting technique and motivating, and I felt very welcome as a newcomer. Left feeling amazing and thoroughly worked out - such a good start to the day. cool facility too. Will definitely return!

    Bella was great and really helpful as it was my first time. studio is a bit of a maze to find so definitely leave extra time if you're new and facilities, equipment etc. are okay but not amazing, as I'd expect for this sort of price point in a prime area. looking forward to returning fairly regularly and building strength week on week :)

    Love the classes here, coaches are really friendly/-approachable/knowledgable and have a lot of time to help with your form/progression and it’s completely beginner friendly which doesn’t make you feel out of place. Really clean, modern changing rooms with all necessities you need, towels available. Good selection of snacks and drinks to purchase for after a work out too

    The Members Sessions: HSRS

    Great session, very personalised (there were only two people in class today!), Tamsyn is lovely and makes an effort to remember your name and corrects your form. Only downside is that class is a bit short and so I didn't feel pushed hard enough, but I'm going to try the other Strength Sessions as well to see how these exercises vary. Gym facilities in good condition, staff very friendly. Only thing is they don't lend padlocks - at least they said there weren't any when I was there - so remember to bring your own! Tl;dr: good personalised workout short enough to fit into a lunch break
