see all reviewsDana’s class was incredible! I love that it was extra tough, but the movements were still easy to follow (vs some other classes where the weights are just not manageable for some depending on whether they train or not) and she really maximised the time, it felt like a crazy workout!

As a beginner, I was a bit nervous about trying a new form of exercise, but Hina's class was the perfect introduction. She explained each move clearly and modifed the exercises to suit different fitness levels. The class was challenging yet accessible, and I loved the focus on proper form and technique. Hina's enthusiasm and encouragement made the class enjoyable and motivating. I left feeling invigorated and already looking forward to my next class! If you're new to Pilates or just looking for a great workout, I highly recommend Hina's class. It's a great way to strengthen your core and improve your flexibility in a supportive and welcoming environment. I'll definitely be back!
