The weights are HEAVY but trainer pushes you and everybody else does too. Not only is the trainer ripped but everyone that has been consistent is ripped too. Everyone here looks elite, as if training for the Olympics. It’s an amazing feeling and vibe. Like 🦍🦍🦍 vibe. In ensuring you workout hard and your best. Wow. I also loved how they have barbell & I personally never used one before so I learned how to use it for glutes.
