    Zen Pre/Postnatal Strength

I’ve done the prenatal yoga regularly and this was my first time doing prenatal strength. It was such a fantastic mental health and physical health boost! Megan is clearly knowledgeable and I felt safe following her lead. Was nice to remember how strong we are even during pregnancy! #classpassinsider

Good class especially for beginners. It’s a strong burn, structured cardio and the ability to go at your own pace without feeling like the “out of shape” one. I started going to these classes 3 months ago and now I am on the heaviest weight and can run the entire time.

The class was spacious and clean. There were some parts of the class where I was feeling the burn, but for the most part it was pretty easy and very accessible for beginners and people who don’t work out very often or may be recovering from an injury and need everything low impact. I will def return if I want a more laid back day but still get a work out in!

I quite honestly don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed a group class more in my life. I attended my first class at AIR Aerial this morning and man, did I love it. The class was upbeat and fun while also being a great workout for my core, arms, and legs. I cannot write a review without saying the teacher was SO FUN and her personality made the great class, an amazing one. I seriously cannot wait to go back already and will definitely be making this a weekly class. Thanks, AIR for a wonderful Sunday morning!

My muscles were shaking and I built some heat up, but his modifications and his guided practice and words of affirmation were awesome!!!!! Jacoby truly shows yoga is a LIFESTYLE. Even as a beginner, he really connected to me and made me want to come back :) Vibes of the place too r super warm and welcoming with amber fairy lights and bright open space

The instructor was super helpful - it’s a smaller class so she came around and helped people with form throughout class.
