    Mat - ONYX Method HEATED

This was my first time at the studio and I really enjoyed it! The space was nice and welcoming. Studio space was heated but not too hot at all. Class was challenging but manageable. Definitely want to come back and try the reformer as well.

    Inferno Hot Pilates 60

This class was very fun and very challenging. You can always take breaks if needed though. The instructor was really great at explaining and demonstrating the movements so you could get the most out of them. I wish they had more hot Pilates classes! I’ll definitely be back

Everything you want fitness to be. Great environment, great community, and super helpful feedback. It was my first time here and it was definitely challenging but in a good way! I will definitely be back! Dani made it seem like a 15 min workout. Time went by so fast and it was fun!

Everyone was so so so nice! Vanessa was amazing but a quick heads up this is a beginner intermediate class with emphasis on the intermediate! Definite ballet experience required. :)

Such a great class, first class I’ve attended where the instructor made everyone feel welcome and capable. No guilt shaming if you can’t do any of the moves just great instruction and consistent accommodations when and if you need! Great group of folks also!

    Pilates Reformer Beginner

The instructor was super helpful - it’s a smaller class so she came around and helped people with form throughout class. The machines are the ones you have to built together and take apart so they’re not the super fancy reformers but the instructor does the most that she can with them and I still got a great workout. I’ll definitely be back!
