HEATED FLOW 45
see all reviewsThe class was paced well and challenging enough. The instructor also gave us time to play with certain poses like head stands and wheel pose and I appreciated that a lot. The ambience was open and calming. I also love how helpful the staff were.

see all reviewsMusic was such a great mix and it was so fun. The only thing I would change is that I would wear earplugs if you’re next to/facing a speaker. The music is loud and then the instructor yells over it which can be really loud if you don’t prepare.

see all reviewsBrent is the best instructor in all of Chicagoland (and probably other places, just haven’t taken a class anywhere else). Great energy, makes everyone feel like they can do it and are part of the pack, regardless of your ability on the bike or your body. Always feel so great after his class!

see all reviewsIt is hard to find a good spinning class. Many studios do too much dancing and gimmicky moves. Not at Spynergy! Came in at 7 am, sleep deprived from traveling and Liza and the team were welcoming, high energy, and motivating. The class was the perfect balance of intensity, pace, and energy. She kept me engaged the whole time. I regularly on a road bike outdoors and this is the best class I’ve taken in a long time. 10/10 would recommend and will be back!

see all reviewsSeriously this is the best spin class in the city. The class is challenging in a great way. I love that Anthony explains the proper format when riding. I’ve never had an instructor do that in any of my spin classes. Also, his playlist is just FIRE. What I look for in all my classes.

see all reviewsThe instructor was super helpful - it’s a smaller class so she came around and helped people with form throughout class. The machines are the ones you have to built together and take apart so they’re not the super fancy reformers but the instructor does the most that she can with them and I still got a great workout. I’ll definitely be back!
