    I’m a fan! First class. Studio is CLEAN and easy to get to/park. Music is great. Class was intense and challenging but sooo accessible because the pace is correct for this kind of workout that marries strength and balance. I usually prefer the Pilates pro type machines, but this one made more sense than other Lagree machines I’ve used. Not scary, and Kayts was awesome.

    Super sweet instructor! She did a lot of inverted knee work and hip work. If you have bad knees or hips just be aware. Great class! Will be returning.
