His energy is powerful and spiritual; he is insanely talented, knowledgeable and a master of technique. I am truly blown away by every class. It is an honour to ride to such incredible artists and with Clinton leading the group. Thank you Clinton - you are truly one of kind and extraordinary in every way 🙌🙏🙏💛

see all reviewsWhat a beautiful studio, a little oasis in central London. I am pregnant and looking for to contribute my practice but slow things down, this was the prefect class. There were actually a few other pregnant people and the teacher provided lovely alternatives to people carrying babies. Thank you!

see all reviewsVery good gym! Compact but very well equipped. Nice changing rooms with hair dryers, a sauna, towels provided. Most importantly there was a friendly culture where I felt very comfortable in all sections of the gym which makes a huge difference as a woman. Plus very helpful staff.

see all reviewsThe class was excellent and don’t be fooled by the description. Im an advanced rider (Psycle, Digme, SoulCycle) and this was tough. Only issue is you wear your own shoes which made the whole thing feel risky and not secure. I also didn’t get the color coding because it goes red both with speed and resistance so it needs a bit of getting used to. But otherwise great class, happy instructor, happy me. Thanks.

see all reviewsLovely heated class, a bit hard to hear the instructor, he walked around the room a lot and wasn’t always facing the class when speaking. A bit of a disjointed vinyasa flow, not a classic vinyasa class but enjoyed it nonetheless.

see all reviewsThis is a great class if you are after low intensity or if you have never taken a Zumba class before. I would say the class is more suitable for a more mature audience. The instructor Chris is great. You have all the Zumba rhythms (Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia and Reggaeton). Due to the low intensity of the class, the steps are very easy to follow. It was not mentioned in the description that the class would be low intensity, I think ClassPass should renamed this class “Zumba Gold” or “Zumba for Older Adults”. Overall a great class but I would come back when I am 70+ 😅

see all reviewsThis was a perfect vinyasa class with Jowita, challenging but also mellow where needed :) I will be back for sure! Only thing that wasn’t great, is Zedwells’ social media team coming in during the middle of the class to ask if they can take pictures. The instructor has kindly turned them down and got us back into the flow as we were in the middle of a sequence - Zedwell should make sure they don’t interrupt classes, especially if it’s yoga where mindfulness is key!!
