see all reviewsGreat little gym! The owner/coach was SO nice and friendly. He modified the workout to whatever I wanted to focus on in terms of upper/lower/core. He made sure to walk me through all the exercises step by step, checked my form to make sure I was doing the movements correctly, and checked in to make sure a previous injury I had mentioned at the beginning of the session wasn’t bothering me.
