    Vinyasa Yoga

Mark’s vinyasa class is the best in New Orleans and I’ve been to the most of them! Challenging, less quest-more poses, intense full body workout. Try his heated vinyasa as well, it's awesome! I am a loyal student for more than 2 years. Thank you!!!!!

Confusing to the senses but i really liked it! Joanna the instructor was awesome. When I came out of class, I was like oh my gosh I couldn't balance… And she assured me that with more practice it definitely gets better. Nice and heated but not too hot! Not saying a beginner couldn't go to this class, but I feel like you have to have some knowledge of yoga before doing this class. I really enjoyed it.

I loved this class! The intense workout on the step platform got my heart rate up and my pulse pumping. Then Tyra incorporated dumbbells for an effective upper body workout, and the plank sessions at the end were amazing—8 sets of 20 seconds each with 10-second breaks pushed me to my limit. Overall, it was an awesome and challenging session! 5⭐️

The class itself was great, i loved the music and facilities. The club is very clean, bright with great views of Downtown. I highly recommend this club who lives around and can walk to there coz parking is 10$ for 1 hour and 15$ for 2 hours. Its a lot just to come for 1 class. The shop manager was very nice and validated my ticket coz it wad my first time.

It is a great flow (challenging) for the unserious (not following rigid yoga to-dos) yogi. The instructor is friendly, the music is meh. The building is beautiful and you will break a sweat if for no other reason there is low airflow through the church. Will come again.

    Yoga for Lunch - $20

Grace was an excellent instructor. Tailored the moves to the class needs and shared constructive criticism. The space was welcoming, albeit a smidge difficult to get to behind the multiple locked doors. Ziggy and the lavender head massage were a nice surprise treat!
