see all reviewsDid sauna, was hooked. first time in my life to try cold plunge. felt great afterwards. legs couldn't tolerate the coldest tub (because I dipped too slow and chickened out). an expert showed me that the fast plunge is the best way (so that I don't let the instinct prevent me). can't wait to try that out next time. or maybe. either way, the (least) cold plunge is, at least, a must.
