see all reviewsShe’s super sweet but talks a little too much! Mind body connection is important and it’s hard to take a second to breathe because she speaks constantly. You can tell she’s so knowledgeable! Would be nice to receive her information at a better pace.

see all reviewsThis was great. Corina is an A+ teacher-first time in her class. The pace felt great, like power yoga! The music was awesome/non-distracting/minimal to no vocal tracks/smooth and soulful/not too loud. Her instructions for poses were so clear. She did not bat away from more advanced poses-ie did not discourage us-which I'm finding more common in the culture (often feels like we're told in other words to relax, or take it easy, not try. As if someone doing an advanced posse is offensive. Its not. And i suck at yoga. the only time I've learned to advance my practice, or anything, was by someone teaching me! And i don't believe we all need teacher training to advance some poses...) she refrained from calling us her 'loves'. She did not go into dissertation on some guru speech. She was just elegant, simple, used normal language, and i really appreciated her teaching.

This workout was super refined and specific to the targeted muscle groups using strategic cyclic reps of weights, cardio, natural body weight and some Pilates infusion. He offered multiple modifications so the class was inclusive to all abilities/ages. He stopped to physically demonstrate proper form for deadlifts and squats which I noticed helped people out/ boosted confidence. This is an instructor who doesn’t tell you to simply do something, but shows you how to do it first. Highly recommend this friendly class.

I feel much looser after his class with increased range of motion. Class was focused on neck, shoulders, hips, glutes & a small amount of abs. Did very slow movements and felt the burn 🔥

Though it was a less challenging class than I would have preferred, better for level 1/2, it was a fantastic experience and Breanna is a wonderful instructor!

see all reviewsAmazing class. One of the most challenging classes I've ever done but there's enough variation that a beginner can get lots out of it too. I'd say you at least need to have good form and understanding of body mechanics to be able to do this class without potentially injuring yourself as there isn't any time for instructor to help out with that stuff outside of suggesting pose variations.

see all reviewsTry subbed in last minute for this class. it was probably the best if not one of the best yoga classes I have ever done. there was so much energy in the room, the teacher was incredible! I've never seen a room stay savasana for so long after a class just soaking in the energy around. will 100% be back in Try's class! (sorry if I misspelled your name!)

She was able to weave in lovely moments of yoga philosophy too which tied it all together very neatly. Great teacher and excellent class.
