    Anushka is insanely fun & this class is just a burst of energy!! I always sweat so much from constantly moving, but she chooses the most fun music that just makes you want to move!!! It does focus more on grooving training (& we did choreo that day because it’s fun 😂), but it’s to help get the natural movement & feeling of dancing, than a rigid structured training class. Normally it’s a follow the leader style & across the floor, not choreo so this class is fantastic for beginners because Anu knows how to explain movements/grooves if you’re unsure.
