see all reviewsBest yoga class I’ve ever taken! Niah was so welcoming and funny. She provided so many modifications and made it feel like a safe space for all levels (I’m a beginner). The music was so good and the facility was clean and honestly just COOL to be in (ornate ceilings, vintage mirrors). I will be back!

see all reviewsTook the CYCLE class with John. I lasted maybe 30 minutes into the class... This was my first time with spin and I can't say it was beginner friendly. However---John was very helpful and welcoming and the other people in the class were also very nice. I'd reccomend this if you have taken spin before or are a *more* seasoned bicyclist.
