The studio was clean and had a really welcoming atmosphere and everyone was encouraging, which made it easy to jump in even though I hadn’t done yoga in years. The class itself was challenging (it definitely kicked my butt!) but I felt amazing afterward. The instructor was excellent. He explained the moves clearly, made sure everyone’s form was correct, and kept the energy motivating throughout.
