The employee who checked me in gave me a clear explanation of how to do it, what the options are for temperature/time etc. She was very patient with me when I had some questions about if the door locks (it does not lock), and irrational fears about getting stuck in there, if they would forget I was in there…anyhow I appreciated her listening to me and really with no judgement that I could detect.
