see all reviewsHeather is amazing! She started the class by sharing her story which we could all relate to. Then she encouraged us to go at our own pace and simply enjoy being on the mat. She comes and gently corrects your posture and does the flow with you so you can see how to position yourself. She is a true professional and someone to aspire to. I will always come back :)

see all reviewsLove the studio. The instructor is great but not my preferred class as the sequence was on the easier side and there were a lot of breaks. However, the heat definitely made up for it as it felt hotter than usual which I preferred. I only wish he would have turned off the brighter overhead lights as I was blinded every time I looked up.
