Not for the faint of heart! Very fast paced and lots of choreography, the playlist was fun and the energy was great! A little hard to go here as a beginner though as none of the choreography was explained before the class started.

    305 CARDIO Throwback Thursday

Alia had amazing energy. I was tired all day long. Ten minutes into class I was jumping, dancing, yelling, so full of energy! Amazing! Also kudos to the live dj who I think is also controlling all the lights. The black lights were so fun :)

    Shredded

Great full body workout using dumbbells and bodyweight. Class consisted of 3 circuits, each circuit had 5 workouts-3 strength, 1 cardio and 1 core (done three times through). Expect to do squats, lunges, planks, tricep extensions, bicep curls, jumping jacks, skiers etc.

    Pilates Machines Class

Great classical class with lots of stretching. Real ones who understand classical pilates - small, slow movements while utilizing core and stabilizing pelvis - will enjoy this class. If you want someone to yell at you while burning out your glutes (and probably using the wrong muscles), I’d try somewhere like solidcore or BodyRok.

I had such a good experience at the Mobility Bar! I left feeling relaxed and inspired to stretch more. They did a great job at breaking down the movements and letting me know which areas I should focus on in my exercises. Super excited to come back.

I thought I was in shape until this class. I usually work out 3 days a week doing HIIT classes, but this one kicked by butt. Super fast paced class with no breaks.! Expect to do high reps counts of exercises like lunges, squats, deadlifts, rows, tricep extensions etc with weights in hand and cardio bursts of jumping jacks, high knees, burpees, skiers and squat jumps. FYI, no locks for lockers so you have to bring your own or find a place to stash it in the workout studio room. Class size tonight was around 25 people.

    HEEL MY PAIN™

Kimberly was amazing, and one of the best massage therapists Ive had. She was warm and kind, and checked in with me before we began. She also gave a phenomenal massage - she worked out knots I didnt know I had! I will definitely be back.

    Essential Rack

Excellent! Just what I needed! I’ve been experiencing a lot of lower back pain and hip tightness. Hailey stretches me out in 20 mins explaining what she was doing as she was doing it. I also asked lots of questions which is key to getting 100% out of this experience. I immediately feel better stretched. The trick is how to incorporate this into my daily life. Still working on that.

Sub teacher tonight- class was 6 stations-2 exercises at each, doing each exercise at the station twice (45 seconds on 15 seconds break) followed by a transition workout (planks, skaters, squat jumps) to the next station. Music wasn’t great and no warm up or cool down but it was a great and effective workout.

Really enjoyed it. It was the deep stretch I was looking for after soreness from spin class and on the same night I was headed to a challenging aerialist class afterward. The class seems designed to stretch you out so you can go do another workout later. (A 6:30pm dance class is offered directly after this class that seemed popular but I dont see it on Class Pass.) This studio is in the basement of a residential building with a nice garden outside to sit in if you like.

    20 Minute Essential Stretch

Shanna was lovely and really knowledgeable, the stretches are really simple mostly geared for the people who are running on treadmills upstairs. I learned a few things but its not for me. Id rather have a massage that incorporated stretches like this if Im going to treat myself to something.
