see all reviewsI’d been wanting to try this class for months and finally did. I loved it! Such a welcoming teacher and a mix of yoga sculpt, barre/pilates and (light) dance. It felt good to shake everything out and get energized for the day.

see all reviewsAwesome class. Class size is perfect for an intensive and personalised work out. Luis brings great energy and takes the time to correct or adapt individuals work outs so you really get the most out of it. Final community style work out is good motivation to go for the final push. Nice big showers with malin & goetz products also.
