    Casey is great. The class challenging, but as Casey says in the beginning of the class, if the choreography is distracting you from staying on beat, don’t do it & it’s about progress not perfection. I’m a former spin instructor and out of practice, so it’s great to be challenged and have something to aspire to. Casey moved around the class during the weight sessions to demonstrate appropriate form, which I really appreciated since I’m recovering from shoulder surgery. I feel like these reviews make pedal house sound super intimidating, but it’s a welcoming environment with good energy. My 2022 resolution is more Pedal House.

    Great class! Everyone was super nice and Ryan was excellent. Got an amazing workout. Especially appreciative of the studio’s requirement to wear masks in common spaces (other than while actually cycling). Big, open, spacious studio with lots of room to store items, get changed, etc.

    I thought I was in shape until this class. I usually work out 3 days a week doing HIIT classes, but this one kicked by butt. Super fast paced class with no breaks.! Expect to do high reps counts of exercises like lunges, squats, deadlifts, rows, tricep extensions etc with weights in hand and cardio bursts of jumping jacks, high knees, burpees, skiers and squat jumps. FYI, no locks for lockers so you have to bring your own or find a place to stash it in the workout studio room. Class size tonight was around 25 people.

    The class was super fun with competition from other studios. The teacher is virtual but I burned as much calories as I normally do with in-person trainers. The location is good and the facility is well managed.

    Great full body workout using dumbbells and bodyweight. Class consisted of 3 circuits, each circuit had 5 workouts-3 strength, 1 cardio and 1 core (done three times through). Expect to do squats, lunges, planks, tricep extensions, bicep curls, jumping jacks, skiers etc.
