    Jasmine is truly the best instructor ever!!! Her classes are absolutely electric and she makes everyone feel welcome, including beginners. Expect a powerful playlist, motivation, realness, and lots of sweat.     Facilities are top notch - it’s legit the old flywheel space if anyone remembers those days. Stadium cycling, nice bathrooms and changing area. However the bikes leave a bit to be desired. They feel cheap and the resistance knob is very sensitive. That said- it was a great workout and the instructor was awesome and very motivating, I’ll be back!

    Great full body workout using dumbbells and bodyweight. Class consisted of 3 circuits, each circuit had 5 workouts-3 strength, 1 cardio and 1 core (done three times through). Expect to do squats, lunges, planks, tricep extensions, bicep curls, jumping jacks, skiers etc.

    This is the nicest/most spacious Cyclebar location I’ve been to. Rita had great energy for the morning, upbeat and challenging class, would definitely take again. Definitely much calmer /less intense than Pedalhouse but depends on what you’re looking for!

    I thought I was in shape until this class. I usually work out 3 days a week doing HIIT classes, but this one kicked by butt. Super fast paced class with no breaks.! Expect to do high reps counts of exercises like lunges, squats, deadlifts, rows, tricep extensions etc with weights in hand and cardio bursts of jumping jacks, high knees, burpees, skiers and squat jumps. FYI, no locks for lockers so you have to bring your own or find a place to stash it in the workout studio room. Class size tonight was around 25 people.
