    Really loved it here! Nida has an energy to her that had everyone smiling the whole class. She incorporated a great mix of barre, cardio, a little yoga influence, and some amazing breath work at the end. It’s been a while since a class has stuck out to me as being so fun but still a great workout.

    I thought I was in shape until this class. I usually work out 3 days a week doing HIIT classes, but this one kicked by butt. Super fast paced class with no breaks.! Expect to do high reps counts of exercises like lunges, squats, deadlifts, rows, tricep extensions etc with weights in hand and cardio bursts of jumping jacks, high knees, burpees, skiers and squat jumps. FYI, no locks for lockers so you have to bring your own or find a place to stash it in the workout studio room. Class size tonight was around 25 people.

    Gabby is awesome - definitely one of the more advanced PB instructors which is always greatly welcomed & has been necessary lately with the lacking of some other classes. Only caveats are that 1) she rushes though cueing very often so specific positioning directions get lost in the mix and 2) I wish she incorporated more upper body bungee work. Otherwise it was an amazing & challenging class!
