    That was a tough/challenging class and awesome workout. We were asked to use some light weights, or cans/water bottles during class. Great direction and teacher did the workout with us so it was super easy to follow along. Will definitely be back for more!

    Organized and felt like a clean environment, I felt comfortable with the Covid precautions taken. The class was just what I needed, an ass kicking! Definitely peaked my interest in taking more classes with Bodyrok; Sina was helpful in guiding correct form and continuously motivating the class.

    Overall good exercises and sequence but I wouldve liked it better if Shareal had given more cues about breath or alignment or imagery about how to do the exercises. Just counting (sometimes too quickly for the time it took for some in the class to actually do the exercise) and saying the exercises isnt really teaching. I also wouldve preferred to use the springs on the Cadillac instead of just doing mat exercises for the glute sequence.

    Debbie is the best instructor. Her classes are challenging and she transitions quickly between each move for a very effective work that is one of the harder classes here out but it is also doable. I always feel great after her class. Love this studio
