see all reviewsI attended the CP Suspend 1.5 class this evening for my first time. I have only ever tried at home pilates videos on a yoga mat, but never pilates in a studio. I was running a few minutes late but was able to just walk in, set my stuff down and find a spot. The class was already in progress when I arrived, but the instructor kindly welcomed me and told me what I needed to grab and where to set up. I found a spot and got myself set up. Right off the bat I was nervous, excited but also a bit confused because I had never used any of this equipment before. The instructor was very kind and attentive whenever she noticed I needed some adjustment or help setting up, she was right there to walk me through it. I had so much fun and definitely plan on going back. I used to go to the gym consistently and have not worked out consistently in almost a year. The past year I have been feeling very unmotivated when it comes to anything involving physical activity. This class made working out fun, enjoyable and I even made a friend on the way out. The location is also great for people in tyson’s/mclean area, it’s only 5 minutes from my apartment. I definitely would recommend this to anyone thinking of trying out Pilates, I impulsively booked my class this morning and I am so glad that I did! This is your sign to just do it!
