Sharon actually makes this class fun. Its hard but so un-self conscious. She makes a big deal about how to try things and how to take yourself less seriously. It pushes you harder than you thought because she makes it so fun!

    SKY TING Yoga

This Studio is so cozy it was perfect for a cold Sunday night. This was my first time here and taking Beth's class - she lead us through a great class with poses that were challenging at times but had a nice restorative section before savasana.

Loved that the studio seems to have responded to feedback that sometimes it is just too crazy hot. This class was heated but not to the degree that it made me feel faint or that it was interfering with my ability to perform the movements. Great instructor and great tunes as always.

    SKY TING Yoga + Chill

Really enjoyed having two instructors in this class. I love getting the extra adjustments, Jess and Faye were both very graceful and tender with their touches! Also feeling a tad sore after this class the next day, which is always a good sign that the yoga class worked me out! Love SKYTING!

This was a good class. The folks at the studio were really lovely, the studio was cool, particularly the blacklight, mats and towels are included, they have an innovative studio entry / exit system, nice showers, all of it. I didnt love the hip hop during class - never enjoy that during yoga - but otherwise quite good. The flow was FAST. Very fast. Gotta know what youre doing. Also, the room felt hotter than your average hot yoga studio.

Great cueing to help you engage and do the movements correctly. room was not as hot as I would have liked, and did detract from my heart rate rising. could just be the first day of winter, and that the room wasn't heated as well.

I am not a yoga person but this was a phenomenal yoga class. Difficult and you definitely need to be familiar with basic flows and terms but not judgmental. I will be back. The studio is bare bones but clean and the mats are amazing.

Great class with a clear focus on alignment. I felt strong, stretchy, and challenged. Jamies cues were clear and precise and helped me to deepen into each pose and check my own alignment. Her occasional readjustments were welcome and helpful. Good energy!

Gail is a knowledgeable instructor who gave excellent personalized feedback, and I enjoyed her choreography. But, Gibney cut the class short by 30 minutes because they wanted the room for something else! It's unfair for the instructor and students to have the class cut short by a significant 30 minutes

I haven’t had a good class in a while because I haven’t practiced seriously for some time and keep getting stuck with militant teachers who guilt students into pushing too hard. Til tonight. Nacho is it. Thanks Nacho for reminding me why I love this practice.
