see all reviewsThe Tokyo Disco class, which is upper/lower body strength training in a circuit format, was really fun and the perfect challenge. Loved how the trainer (coach) stays in the room and corrects form and encourages you. The training area needs a good cleaning. The turf areas are beaten down and slippery; need to be replaced. The space is tight with a good amount of weights on the floor in groupings for people to use. Overall, enjoyed the class and will come back.

see all reviewsI had a great experience with Miranda. She was a professional, friendly, and encouraging teacher. This intermediate class was challenging and pushed me to my edge (aka shaking), but also made me feel empowered and confident. Miranda gave clear instructions, helpful feedback/adjustments, and positive reinforcement. She also made sure to adjust the exercises to suit different levels and needs (it appeared folks in this class were ages ~20-75), as a teacher myself, I believe this is a great skill. I would recommend Miranda to anyone who wants to improve their strength, flexibility, and alignment. Thank you for the wonderful class!

I needed to get in a quick workout between clients and this gym worked great for that. If you are looking for a 24 hour fitness or Crunch vibe, this isn’t that. It’s geared more for heavy lifting; there are certainly plenty of free weights, kettlebells, and there’s a small upstairs space with a few spin bikes, a pulley machine and weights that was perfect for me to efficiently get a good pump. The shower isn’t fancy and the room for it is small but if you’re in a pinch and need yo get clean, if works for that. I’ll definitely stop by again when I’m in the area.
