    Deep Stretching + Singing Bowl

    Experiencing the singing bowl and deep stretching session at Sevayoga Studio was a transformative experience. The studio’s warm and inviting atmosphere immediately put everyone at ease 😉 After settling on the mat, teacher Mango guided us through a series of hip opening stretches and movements, encouraging us to go deeper and allowing us to release any built-up tension and increase our flexibility. Throughout the session, Mango provided personalized adjustments and modifications to ensure that everyone was comfortable and getting the most out of the experience. The singing bowl itself was truly mesmerizing, the resonating tones was washing over and creating a sense of tranquility and grounding. I could feel the vibrations penetrating deep into my muscles, releasing any tension or tightness and put me into a meditated mode. By the end of the session, I felt a profound sense of peace and relaxation.
