see all reviewsBeautiful studio. You have to dial code 300 to buzz in downstairs. Class is on a megaformer, and is similar to SLT/solidcore. I take SLT a lot and I felt like some of the movements in the opening core series were a bit more rushed but once we got into legs it was pretty comparable to SLT. Really burned out my quads and glutes. Nice hands on adjustments from the instructor, it was a small class and she demoed a lot of the moves which was great. Would definitely return to this studio.

John is an exceptional instructor concentrating on form and providing options for all levels. As a beginner I felt very supported during this class and also encouraged to finish. This will definitely be a staple for me moving forward.

see all reviewsI was first nervous since it was my first class and have only done one boxing class which was 4 years ago, but Julian made me feel super comfortable. He just told us to hit something and I felt it was a no fail class which who wouldn’t love. Julian walked around and made corrections for each of us. He knew exactly what each of us needed assistance with. Julian also called over everybody who was new after class, spent time talking to us, and getting to know our workouts outside of Mayweather. It was a great experience!
