    Brady is awesome. A prior physqiue57 instructor, so she knows how to deliver a great workout. Music was great, and my legs/glutes are sore. Exercises were challenging, but manageable. She did two rounds which I actually preferred, helped me to cover more miles than classes Ive done in the past.
