But what it does differently is the intensity and frequency of changes in positions so you’re getting a good workout but not dying either. Would recommend!

I find the Crunch studio incredibly cold for its yoga classes. To the point of being uncomfortable. I really wish they would turn off the air & fans for the yoga classes.

Excellent core, glute, and hip strengthening sets. Cassie is upbeat in an authentic way. She actually went around asking if anyone has injuries which other studios don’t always do. This studio has restored my faith in group workout classes.

see all reviewsThis class is really a treat! Evita is very clear with verbal cues and her movements. She's encouraging, calming, and super nice. I'm no ballerina, and the no-impact slow movements got my heart rate up. I especially loved the arm/carriage exercise at the end. That section was only five minutes but my shoulders felt the burn. Looking forward to another class!
