Easy check in especially since I’ve been there before. Equipment was well kept. Recommend for the gym rats, first timers, or folks just looking for a good treadmill.

    SUP Yoga @ the Lagoon

The instructors are so sweet! Definitely beginner friendly and if you want it to be more challenging they give you optional variations. So beautiful out on the lagoon.

    Gentle Hatha Flow Tues 9:15AM

Wow. What a space. Nestled into the quiet Townsite neighborhood of Oceanside while just on the edge of the hustle and bustle of Coast Highway, is where you’ll find this incredible studio. The experience was so refreshing, as all of the equipment was laid there for you as you enter the beautiful clean space. Jen is a warm, inviting, and knowledgeable teacher. I’ll definitely be back, and highly recommend this studio to anyone local or visiting town.

    Yoga at the Courts

Enjoyed the class - sunny without being too warm, and challenging with options to be chill instead. good vibes, for lack of a better description. it was a bit noisy on the courts with cars going past, but once you got into the flow it almost sounded like waves flowing nearby. Cool perk - there's the option to try the padel courts for two hours after the yoga class. it's a combo of tennis balls, racquetball-ish and pickleball-ish rules? I'm not great with any of the above, but if I had more time I'd try it out. Parking available at the side and back of the building, as well as on Coast Hwy. Walking distance (within a mile or less) from the strand. Less than two miles from the Harbor area if you're taking the scenic walking route. While bathrooms are onsite, they may be locked/unavailable in the morning during yoga / before the courts open. No refillable water fountains, but the pro-shop on site has water bottles (for sale?) once open.
