As someone who is still relatively beginner at pilates, I’ve always been hesitant to try the flow/intermediate level classes but I’m so happy I did. Paige is an absolutely fantastic instructor (dare I say the best I’ve had so far)! She gives very clear directions, provides variations so you can customize the movement to fit what’s best for your body/ability, and maintains supportive energy all throughout the class. Finished the session feeling stronger & more confident in my abilities but also more motivated to push myself more as it challenged me in all the right ways. Definitely a must do class if you haven’t yet!

I think it’s more suitable for experienced students as the instructor mostly gave cues vs demonstrating. But since I know Pilates well, it’s no problem for me. The studio is very small but clean and new; stylishly decorated. And the staff is very friendly. I think I will return for sure.
