Daytime Aerial 1
see all reviewsI had an amazing first class trying out aerial. Instructor Mac was great and really attentive. Made the class less intimidating. Didn’t realize why they had ginger candy all around because you’re upside down 80% of the time! Felt a little lightheaded after so I would suggest not doing this before work or anything important. Would definitely want to try it again though!

see all reviewsI was the only beginner in today’s class, or at least the newest one to the routine. Elizabeth was so kind and walked me through and made sure I was okay and helped a lot. The other girls were super friendly! Def will attend again :)

see all reviewsMarlene was really engaging and led a fun, high energy class. It was a good full body workout, with the right balance of burn and rest. I’m pretty new to Pilates but she made the class accessible to all, and gave lots of modification options for different levels. I felt included and not at all intimidated, will definitely be back for her classes!

see all reviewsI looooved it! I took pole dance classes 6 years ago for one 1 year in Brazil, and I tried another studio here in Toronto, and didn’t like it, so I kind of lost my hope, and I’m so glad there’s this new one, close to home and Laura’s class was great! I’m very excited to be back, learning everything from scratch again!

see all reviewsThe beginners class was a lot of fun! Bingo was really fun and patient with teaching. Half the class, including myself, were beginners, and she made sure that we were comfortable and would ensure that we were doing the moves correctly. She was very engaging and descriptive when describing moves and helped fix mistakes. I’d definitely try another class from her. In addition to that, the studio was very clean and provided a yoga mat, along with a towel and spray for cleaning. The studio seemed to be loved by regulars, which is encouraging.
