Her demonstrations of some slightly more complex poses (from a beginner's perspective) were clear, and she took pains to go step by step for the benefit of the newbies. It could be that the class was really small that day (only 4 attendees), but Jayne allocated personal attention to each one of us to ensure we were in the correct postures. Wonderful stretch on its own, elevated further with the inversion poses!

see all reviewsMandy was very friendly and encouraging. Some yoga places can be quite strict but it seems laidback here. I was confused as I was a few minutes early but the class had already started (they thought everyone had arrived), but Mandy was apologetic and welcoming. Other places aren’t quite so nice and demand you be extra early. Class was a good balance of stretches and some strength components that balanced it out.

see all reviewsNot a very intense class where you sweat a lot. Instructor focuses a lot on form, and ensuring that we do not injure ourselves and use the wrong muscles. Very attentive and made sure to correct us and adjust accordingly. Not sure how to describe the class, like doing press ups, TRX planks (?), triceps dips but all controlled movements. Interesting class and will return!
