I enjoyed the class as JC scrutinised my form which is key when trying to do one max rep for barbell squats. The class was also small which allows him to concentrate on each individual. There are showers and towels which seem to be missing at many gyms nowadays. Also there’s plenty of parking nearby.

Fast instructions. Temperature in room is warm but bearable. Expect to sweat from head to toe. Big and small towels provided. Instructor adapts a tad of military style of instruction method. Strong and fast.

Jon was knowledgeable and guided me patiently through the movements. If the position was challenging for me, he modified it to make it easier for me and I really appreciated that. I learnt a lot from him!

    Vinyasa Yoga Strength Flow

Flow class was pretty challenging but in a good way for a beginner like me. Would be better if teacher Lotte could provide more guidance and adjustments. Otherwise, it was a great flow overall. Appreciated that she was able to provide modifications for certain poses so that it was easier for beginners. I've been wanting to visit Yoga On The Roof after seeing reviews of how nice the space is, and it did not disappoint! Love the rooftop yoga concept. It was such a lovely space overlooking the skyline, with warm white lights hanging around, which made the place so warm and cosy. Could also feel the gentle breeze from the wind while doing yoga. The ginger tea and cold towels provided at the end of the class were such a nice touch and made the whole experience so homey. Thanks Lotte for being so friendly and sharing your beautiful space, will be back again to try out the sunset yoga!

    Beginner Yoga

Have gone for several basics classes at different studios, but this was the best class for true beginners. Li Ling did a great job of breaking down the poses into multiple smaller steps, and the studio lives up to its motto of ‘yoga for everyone’

    Gong Bath

It's my 1st time experience gong bath. I had a lot of thoughts, and unspoken messages kept popping up in my mind during the 1st half of the session. Slowly, I started to relax and fall asleep for the 2nd half of the session as I had released all the thoughts and unspoken messages out from my mind. My whole body felt lighter and more relaxed. Thank you Noel.
