    Lunchtime Quickie

Having completed nearly 500 classes on ClassPass, I can honestly say this was one of the most well instructed, motivating, and challenging classes I have taken. Carlos structured the class to accommodate all fitness levels and challenge multiple parts of the body at one time for a true full body workout. He was not only extremely knowledgeable, but conveyed a genuine care and passion for his profession and students. If you’re anywhere close to this studio his class is a must! If I could give it 100 stars I would; great job Carlos!

    Barre Bootcamp

Not your typical barre class, which is great. It's actually like taking a ballet class, but with a focus on working muscle groups as opposed to perfecting the dance. There instructor was energetic and motivating. Bonus points for correcting our form!

    Iyengar Yoga

Tony is a fantastic instructor who has a surgeon-like precise attention to form. Even in a class with many students, he makes many individual adjustments. As other have noted, his style of teaching is a unique counterpoint to the typical hippie-dippy "find your center" and "loving kindness" approach to yoga. There is a place for both, but if you want to emphasize improving your physical capabilities, Tony's class has a lot to offer.

Denis was a great instructor. Attentive to detail and form. I really appreciate him making the effort to know everyone name in the class. It's very encouraging and really shows that he cares. Thanks for the fantastic workout. I will definitely be back.

    LIVESTREAM: Beginner Hip Hop [Beginner]

Jeremy's an amazing teacher! He literally did it blindfolded since our cameras were off but he somehow managed to address our challenges doing the routine, which was probably the best workout I've gotten via Zoom so far.

    Beginner Kickboxing

Class is done barefoot in a spacious padded room. Bring your own wraps and gloves, or buy/rent a set from them. Lots of emphasis on correct form for the beginner class, which I really appreciated. We learned the six basic punches and a kick. Music was a little too loud at times to hear instructors.
