see all reviewsI enjoyed this class for the specific feedback and targeted exercises - I felt my muscles work in ways I hadnt in other ballet classes. However, if you are a complete beginner, this isnt the class for you unless you want to just follow the person in front of you. Itll help a lot to know the basic positions of the arms and legs, as well as some basic steps or else youll probably feel overwhelmed. I will definitely return :)
