Probably not the best for beginners but if you have taken spin classes before and want to be challenged you must take her class.

Sadly, everyone canceled so it was just me and the instructor but she was AMAZING and the experience was 10/10 even though no one else was there. It felt like there was still a full class of people. Kaitlyn was so motivating and encouraging through the ride. She was easy to follow and understand. If you are looking to take a spin class I definitely recommend hers. Also, bring a towel because you will be dripping sweat.
