It’s restless & fidgety. 3 breaths & we were fumbling to the next pose. I didn’t get a chance to stretch anything or rest or get a workout. As a chronically tense person, I’ve found myself able to float into moments of deep relaxation and peace during Gayle’s nidra and soundbath session, without the pressure to keep to a certain position, or to conform to a certain way a yoga practice should like.
