see all reviewsLove going to this gym!! The classes and instructors are so great. I have so much fun every time. I practiced Muy Thai for a few months so I got to learn the basics for kick boxing. I would recommend seeing a coach 1 on 1 or going to some sort of slower paced class to learn the basics before going to a class like this. Once you have the basis down, you’ll be golden and LOVE it!

Seeing her flexibility was definitely something to motivate me. She is very personable and knowledgeable about injuries and modifications based on individual needs - it was impressive. The stretching we did after the class helped me feel more physical mobility the following day than I’ve had in years! I will definitely be attending more to help offset my current sport routine. I’ve attended two classes from this studio now and I really think I’ve found my home!
