Her remedial massage was amazing, she explained all my tense areas as she treated them and even gave me exercises to do at home to build muscle strength. She’s also just very nice and down to earth. The studio is lovely and the playlist and tea afterwards are nice touches. Keen to come back and try a class next time. Thanks Charlie!
